Returns / Refunds / Cancellations

  • All plants sales/photos are WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). Slight differences in appearance may occur (e.g. the plant may have grown a bit bigger than when the photo was taken).
  • Plant sales are final. Due to their perishable nature, returns are not accepted. If there is a problem, a refund or partial refund will be given. Replacement is usually not an option due to the high cost of shipping. Please inspect your plants upon receipt and reach out asap if there is a problem, and I will take care of it promptly.
  • Problems with orders must be reported, with a photo or video, within 7 days of receipt/delivery (according to tracking).
  • Orders are packed carefully, but shipping live plants inherently comes with the possibility of minor damage. Succulents generally hold up well but a broken leaf or root, farina rubbed off, or minor faded colour/stretching are sometimes unavoidable and will not be considered a credible reason for a refund. If the species is much more fragile or prone to fading/stretching during shipping this will be noted on the listing.
  • I am very reasonable and accommodating; reach out if you have any issues.
  • Cancellation policy: if you change you mind you can cancel your order but contact me ASAP. If I have already bare-rooted the succulents, a 5% re-stocking fee will apply.

Shop Vacation Etc

  • Every aspect of Succuland is run by one person (who also works other jobs). If I am on vacation or have exceptional circumstances come up, order fulfillment/shipping can be delayed. In this case there will be notice on the website and customers will be notified.
