- Orders over $150: Choose free expedited shipping or 60% off Xpresspost.
- Plants ship bare root and must dry for 1–3 days before packing. Since I ship Sundays (to avoid weekend delays), it may take up to a week for your order to ship. A tracking number will be sent once shipped.
- Orders ship from Lower Mainland, BC via Canada Post (expedited or express). Rates are automatically calculated based on weight and destination.
- At checkout, an estimated delivery date is shown—this assumes immediate shipping and is not the actual delivery date. If the estimate exceeds 5 business days (results in total transit time of a week or more), you may consider express shipping.
- Local pickup: available at 194 St / 65 Ave or 91 Ave / 160 St (5 min from Hwy 1, 160 St exit). Pickup orders get an extra 5% off—select “local pickup” at checkout, and I’ll contact you. Orders must be picked up within two weeks.
- No international shipping.
- Spring shipping starts in early April and fall shipping in mid-October. Succulents must stay above freezing during transit, so I check local forecasts in spring and fall to ensure safe temperatures.
- Starting in April, you can order anytime, but shipping may be delayed until conditions are suitable. If needed, I’ll reserve your plants and contact you- the delay may extend later into April or early May.
- In fall, check your forecast or contact me before ordering. If freezing temperatures are expected in the next 10 days, the winter shipping policy applies.
- If any freezing temperatures are in your forecast during shipping, the winter shipping policy applies. In spring or fall, check your local forecast or contact me before ordering. Note estimated delivery on the “checkout” page and note that I ship on Sundays- check the forecast for that many business days from the next Sunday.
- Regular winter shipping is usually limited to coastal/southern BC when no freezing temps are forecast. If you’re outside this area, contact me—I can likely accommodate, but express shipping + a heat pack may be required, increasing shipping costs a fair bit.
- Winter orders are sent to and held at your local post office (no doorstep/mailbox delivery). If your forecast looks mild, contact me—we may be able to ship regularly without a heat pack, as long as temps stay above freezing.
